Jude, an earthly relative of Christ, as recorded in Mark 6:3, and as there called either Judas or Juda, referred to as the brother of Christ, not Judas Iscariot the Edomite who betrayed Christ. There is not a lot of information available about this book other than the estimated date of writing being somewhere around 65 AD. It is assumed by some that Peter used this as an example for the writing of his second Epistle.
The Catholic Epistle of St. Jude the Apostle
[1] Jude, the servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James: to them that are beloved in God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ, and called. [2] Mercy unto you, and peace, and charity be fulfilled. [3] Dearly beloved, taking all care to write unto you concerning your common salvation, I was under a necessity to write unto you: to beseech you to contend earnestly for the faith once delivered to the saints. [4] For certain men are secretly entered in, (who were written of long ago unto this judgment,) ungodly men, turning the grace of our Lord God into riotousness, and denying the only sovereign Ruler, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
Jude here explains that infiltrators have entered into the Church for the purpose of working against it from within. Note the supplement “who were written of long ago unto this judgement” implying that these infiltrators were condemned by YHVH the one true God, to be excluded. Further explaining what is different about them, un-Godly, troublemakers who deny that Jesus Christ is the Messiah.
[5] I will therefore admonish you, though ye once knew all things, that Jesus, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, did afterwards destroy them that believed not:
Most translations say the LORD instead of Jesus, the Greek word is “Kupios” or entry #2962 in Strongís Concordance, “supreme in authority, i.e. (as noun) controller; by impl. Mr. (as a respectful title): – God, Lord, master, Sir”. The reference to the destruction of the unbelievers after the exodus from Egypt is found in Exodus 32:15 and following. This is after they witnessed the plagues, manna, and the trembling of Mt. Sinai, and still in a revolting fashion, made an idol of a calf out of Gold. In my opinion, this would seem to be a directly intended insult to the true believers, and YHVH Himself.
[6] And the angels who kept not their principality, but forsook their own habitation, he hath reserved under darkness in everlasting chains, unto the judgment of the great day. [7] As Sodom and Gomorrha, and the neighbouring cities,
The angels mentioned here are the demons as we call them today, as a point of interest please note that this comparison of the demons is relative to the people that Jude is writing about. This is the level of corruption and spiritual destitution that Jude applies to these people in question. I stopped the passage here to point out that Sodom and Gomorrah were not just two cities, and their crime was disobedience of YHVHís Law. I recommend reading my blog titled, “Sodom and Gomorrah“.
in like manner, having given themselves to fornication, and going after other flesh, were made an example, suffering the punishment of eternal fire.
Fornication is sexual immorality, or sexual disorientation, such as homosexuality and strange sexual practice. Going after “strange flesh” or “other flesh” is a term for race mixing, this is also mentioned as detestable behavior worthy of death, and they received far more than death, to quote, “eternal fire” or damnation. This is the penalty written in the Law of YHVH, that adultery is detestable or an abomination. In my blog titled “Sodom and Gomorrah“, you will find that a city was spared from this destruction, often passed right over in the story when taught by Ministers. There are literal descendants of these cities, and this could also explain the passage that states that some were predestined for “this judgement” or damnation as written in verse 4. Of coarse there are more predestined for damnation, these will be explained later.
[8] In like manner these men also defile the flesh, and despise dominion, and blaspheme majesty.
Defiling the flesh is sexual immorality, despising dominion is refusal of YHVHís Laws and of His true elect, and to blaspheme majesty is the diminishing or corrupting of the divinity of Christ, or to deny YHVH or the Christ. Also, to deny the authority, or libel the leaders of the Church.
[9] When Michael the archangel, disputing with the devil, contended about the body of Moses, he durst not bring against him the judgment of railing speech, but said: The Lord command thee.
This is a passage explaining that when Michael the Archangel, argued with the devil about the body of Moses, instead of engaging in a spiteful argument, simply said the “Lord correct you”. Notice that this is a point made about how the spiritual realm deals with each other, but the following verse shows that Jude is a little more inclined to attack them.
[10] But these men blaspheme whatever things they know not: and what things soever they naturally know, like dumb beasts, in these they are corrupted.
This expansion says that these men verbally assault the things that they are incapable of understanding. They only have the animal capacity to understand what is in front of their noses. The rules of nature are their natural limits, and like animals they live a defiled lifestyle.
[11] Woe unto them, for they have gone in the way of Cain:
This is an Idiom that has two meanings, the path or coarse that Cain embarked on, or to pour ones self upon Cain. So this could mean people who turned toward evil, and rebelled against YHVH. Or that the people assimilated into the lineage of Cain. Literally, “they have poured themselves out upon Cain”; this would lead me to believe that this passage assumes both meanings.
and after the error of Balaam
Numbers 22-23 carries the story of Balaam, this man was a priest of Moab, and called upon by the King to curse Israel, because they were afraid of what was coming their way. Balaam was stopped by an angel from cursing Israel, so instead he recommended setting the most attractive of all the worldly women they could find, and camp them out near Israelís camp to get the men to fornicate with them. As well as prepare unclean food for them, to defile themselves from the commandments of YHVH. The point made here is that these men follow the example set by Balaam, and use their influence to derail, distort, and error the Christians in the Churches in order to condemn them with themselves. I once again will state that YHVH predestined these people for damnation, and it is their nature to be defiled. Their purpose in entering the congregations is to contrive and distort the people, and cause as many as possible to commit sin, and believe false doctrines, such as mentioned before. Remember that one of the points made about them is that they deny the Deity of Christ. Obviously someone could not assimilate into a Church openly denying Christ and blaspheming YHVH, so the point is to be understood that this is their thoughts, and not necessarily their outward appearance. No one who is a saboteur can announce what he is while operating his mission, so obviously these people would be on their guard to disguise their intentions.
they have for reward poured out themselves, and have perished in the contradiction of Core.
Korah in most translations, recorded in Numbers 16, was a man who revolted against Moses Divine commission from YHVH to lead the people both physically and religiously. He and some others confronted Moses and Aaron, told them basically that they were taking over because they felt that Moses and Aaron were getting too much of the action and credit, so they went and proceeded to lead the religious order. Needless to say, this didnít work, and YHVH Himself interceded to destroy these men with their revolt. This in detail shows what exactly these men in question are inclined to do. They want to derail the Church as mentioned before, while they themselves are predestined for damnation, and these are the ones who euserp Christian authority away from the selected of YHVH. These are the ones who cause the divisions, and their purpose is explained in previous verses.
[12] These are spots in their banquets, feasting together without fear, feeding themselves, clouds without water, which are carried about by winds, trees of the autumn, unfruitful, twice dead, plucked up by the roots, [13] Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own confusion; wandering stars, to whom the storm of darkness is reserved for ever.
Here again is some description of the spiritual capabilities of these men, Jude calls them the stain on your table cover, who feast only for themselves off of you because they are not afraid to do so. Useless people, following the trends, then come the words; “twice dead” this means damnation after this life. “Plucked up by the roots” means removed from their land, this has two possibilities, because this was written about the time that the Roman General Titus came to demolish Judea to leave it a wasted uninhabitable land, forcing anyone with some common sense to flee. Also, as mentioned before, there is relation to Cain brought up, and Cain was cursed from the Land east of Eden, where Adam resided and where Abel was murdered. I think this passage infers both meanings. Again is mentioned the idea of damnation, “to whom the storm of darkness is reserved for ever”. These same people were mentioned before as long before judged for this condemnation, and these are the people that Jude is warning about.
[14] Now of these Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied, saying: Behold, the Lord cometh with thousands of his saints, [15] To execute judgment upon all, and to reprove all the ungodly for all the works of their ungodliness, whereby they have done ungodly, and of all the hard things which ungodly sinners have spoken against God.
This is a reference to the book of Enoch, now relocated into the Pseudopocrapha. Enoch, the seventh descendant of Adam, or seventh generation, wrote about these descendants of Cain, their demonic origin through the seduction of Eve, and Enoch prophesied that the LORD would come with many forces to execute judgement, or destroy, these same people. Keep in mind that this was written before the flood, and Enoch was one of the men taken into Heaven from this earthly life without facing death. This is clarification of the fact that this epistle is aimed at those descended from the lineage of Cain. Damned in their ancestry, knowing it, and spitefully infiltrating the Churches in order to send them astray. Here is conclusive proof of two things; first, that this Epistle includes the race of Cain in itís warning, and second, that the Apostle Jude believed that this book of Enoch was scriptural and worthy to be quoted. I can tell you why it is not in the Bible, these people that Jude warned against helped the clergy decide what was inspired by YHVH and what was not. Enoch reaffirmed that the race of Cain existed, and was fathered by the devil, and wrote the earliest prophecies about them, and YHVH affirmed this bookís author by taking him into Heaven without facing death. Here is Jude reaffirming that these people exist, warning about them and their tactics, and we let them help us choose what books were canonical to put in the Bible. If their nature is as such, they would want to hide it, and they tried, but Jude gave us enough information here to see through the deception.
[16] These are murmurers, full of complaints, walking according to their own desires, and their mouth speaketh proud things, admiring persons for gain’s sake.
To explain this passage better, I will quote from the Ferrar Fentonís Holy Bible in Modern English, “These are inveterate fault-finders, proceeding in accordance with their own inordinate desires; their mouth is full of arrogance; they are flattering admirers for the sake of gain.” In other words, the outspoken attackers who condemn when they can not have it all their way, never shutting up about it, only participating when the purpose supports their needs, braggers of their own doings and possessions, friends only when they want something from others. This is the nature of these people, the whining, crying, deviants that assault you when you confront them about anything, materialistic leaches of society.
[17] But you, my dearly beloved, be mindful of the words which have been spoken before by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ, [18] Who told you, that in the last time there should come mockers, walking according to their own desires in ungodlinesses.
This explains that they get so brazen in their nature that they outright mock Christ and the true Christians. People who want only what their animal nature delights in them. Perverts, sodomites, whiners, the “oppressed” parasites, accusers, and under-miners, all of these things Jude warns about their nature back then, we see against us today, as well as the fact that Jude reminds us of the prophecies about them for the last days, they would outright mock Christianity. If you have not noticed, we are living during the fulfillment of this prophecy.
[19] These are they, who separate themselves, sensual men, having not the Spirit.
In the Greek, separate would more likely mean to form their own orders separate, or to band together as agitants. Certain men who stick together as if they were joined, working their own will over YHVHís Word. Again, sensual meaning physical pleasure or worldly natured, and disassociated from the Holy Spirit, Godless and spiritually dead.
[20] But you, my beloved, building yourselves upon you most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, [21] Keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ, unto life everlasting. [22] And some indeed reprove, being judged:
This explains that when the enemies prevail and pervert the Christians against the truth, the Christians now fall and inherit their similar judgement.
[23] But others save, pulling them out of the fire. And on others have mercy, in fear, hating also the spotted garment which is carnal.
This speaks of the righteous men correcting other Christians from their erroneous beliefs, stating “pulling them out of the fire”í or in other words, saving their spirit from damnation. Those who are misguided, pity them, and try to correct them, but always keep your ideals firm, despising the sins of the flesh, or worldly carnal corruption.
[24] Now to him who is able to preserve you without sin, and to present you spotless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, in the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, [25] To the only God our Saviour through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory and magnificence, empire and power, before all ages, and now, and for all ages of ages. Amen.
Praise of the Most High, and an assurance of pardon from sin, “to present you spotless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy”. Or in other words, we who survive and maintain the truth of YHVHís Word, are Christís prized possessions at His return, pardoned from the stains we made for ourselves, free from the burden, or accounting of our sins. I dread to imagine the alternative. Christ is our Savior, rescuing us from certain death and damnation. And our Redeemer, restoring us to the divine spiritually perfect image of YHVH that we were intended to be. What a reward for finishing this mission while in our physical vessel, or our body. Anyone who would allow themselves to be corrupted has made the ultimate failure. A true looser in the ultimate sense.
In conclusion, here we have the dual seedline amplified for us again in the scriptures, absolute proof from the YHVH inspired words of his Elect and chosen Apostles while on earth. In this scripture is mention of Sodom and Gomorrah, not just the event but the people, damned survivors with us still. Also, the race of Cain, damned remnants of demonic conception. Still here at the writing of this passage, and still here today, doing exactly what they were prophesied to do. Work against us, accuse us, derail us, and most revealing, mock us.
I draw attention once again to the passage about being uprooted. Verse 12 mentions about these dispossessed people, spiritual enemies, and displaced. This passage was written as Titus the Roman General vanquished what was left of Judea, and I can tell you that this Epistle was entirely written to warn the Churches about the so-called “jews”. The race-mixed descendants of Cain, the remnant of the cities of the plain called Sodom and Gomorrah, and the Edomites who entered into, and assimilated into Judea during the return from Babylon. Along with Moab, Ammon, the Canaanites as well as many other enemies of the true undefiled descendants of Israel. YHVH warned about the consequences of taking wives and husbands of “strange flesh” and as a product of the sins of the father, the revenge in taken down to the utmost generation.
Here is another example of spiritual enemies, damned and vindictive spirits working against us, and the racial composition of these carnal creatures. A warning from early on in the Churchís history about these so-called “jews” and their objectives. Stereotyping applies in many ways, and here is a prime example, if I had to describe them today, I would simply write this Epistle again in more modern English.
Do not be fooled into thinking that this is just about them, because as Jude wrote, those who they mislead, get to join with them, inheriting for themselves their just judgement. Although this is a racial exposition against them, it also warns that even those of the truest bloodlines from Israel can be brought into their condemnation. Considering the alternatives, I would rather be mocked and ridiculed, or even destroyed, than to reap the just reward prophesied for them and their deceived flock.

Many Christians and, not only Judeo-Christians, don’t believe it and even get hostile when you mention that the Law has not done away with.
Amen Sister,
Very sad, but true. Daniel 7:25 speaks of the anti-Christ doing these things.
Matthew 5:17
“Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.”
